Description

Our house stands in a village extension area from the 1970s. The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the residential house built in 1971 with a solid base floor and a square timber block construction above. With the renovation completed in 2018, we have set ourselves of transposing the spirit of the 1970s architecture into the present, while at the same time making a conscious contribution to contemporary issues such as the finite nature of our resources and life in distant mountain regions. The house has been prepared for its next life cycle, has a well-insulated building envelope, produces its own electricity on the roof with which the heat pump fed by geothermal probes is operated and conveys a lively expression. The holiday apartment with a kitchen-living room and pull-out sofa, a bedroom with double and wardrobe bunk beds and a wet room with shower/WC offers on 40m2 ideal space for 2 to 4 persons. Walls and floors are kept deliberately archaic by a cloudy, roughly finished plaster and a polished stone floor. The larch wood fittings and the textile furnishings in various shades of blue, grey and white provide a lively contrast. In front of the house there is a garden and play area, summer flower meadows and winter snow-covered sledge slopes. A bus stop, public parking, playground, cross-country skiing track, access to the summer and winter hiking trail network are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Conditions / extras

Price for the apartment CHF 135 per day (excl. tourist tax). Final cleaning rate CHF 50. Tourist tax adults per night CHF 2.00, tourist tax children per night CHF 1.00
