Description
The holiday resort consists out of 10 houses each with 8 holiday flats (2-3 room flats), these are all faced south of the valley, with a beautiful view of the impressive mountain landscape of the UNESCO-world heritage and of the valley king ,Bietschhorn’. The ski slopes (55km, from 1950-3000m) are very close, where you have a great view of over 40 mountains over the height of 4000 metres, a fairy tale larch forest and a lot of hiking trails (200km) as well as bike trails (140km). During winter the Lauchernalp is car free and can only be reached by cable cars, during summer you can go by car by driving the alp road (approx. 20 min.), but you need a special permit, that you have to pay for. The sport store is only opened during winter.
Furnishing The flats are comfortably equipped, each flat has a lockable ski compartment at the house entrance, as well as ski shoe holders in front of every flat. Every house has Wifi and you can rent a bed or a highchair for your children. The entire holiday resort is a smoke free area. In some flats pets are allowed. In the main house there is a conference room, a play room with table tennis and table football, a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumbler (coin machine) and a small rebuilt shed, that works as a children’s playroom. A small indoor pool with a sauna (only open in winter) as well as a restaurant (only open in winter) is also in the main house. During summer there is a small playground.
Conditions/extras
In the following prices (after 3 days during the off season) the overnight stays for the chosen number of people and time are inclusive. Extra costs:

Taxes 4.80 grown up/per night, 2.40 child (6-16)/per night
Paying requirements: Advance payment 30% until 14 days after conclusion of the rental agreement
