Culinary hike "From Course to Course"


11.15 am – Starter at the restaurant Bären

A choice of appetizers:

  • "Appenzeller salad" green salad with Mostbröckle (smoked, dried beef), cheese, potato and egg
  • "Gruber macaroni" with pantle, vegetables and Gruber hard cheese au gratin

1.00 pm – Main course in the Wirtschaft Rossbüchel restaurant

Main course to choose from:

  • "Zander Knusperli" crispy pike-perch baked in beer batter with tartar sauce and mixed salad
  • "Gruber Vegi Spätzli" home-made regional egg noodles with mix of local cheeses and roasted onions

3.30 pm – Dessert at the Restaurant Steiniger Tisch

Dessert to choose from:

  • Fruit pancake with cream
  • Small Hot Berry with cream

Return journey to St.Gallen: Train from Rheineck at 16.56 to St.Gallen main station (not included in the price)
