What did you dislike especially?Die Heizung im Zi. 407 funktionierte nicht. Das Angebot "Heizlüfter" schlugen wir wg. Laufgeräusch aus, nahmen zusätzliche Decken für die kalte Nacht. Keine Verschließbarkeit des Türspions.

What did you like especially?Der Gesamteindruck war sehr positiv. Das Hotel hatte sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht und die von uns auch genutzt wurden.
What did you dislike especially?Als Saunabesucher waren wir enttäuscht, dass es nur einen kleinen Saunaraum gab (Männerseite). Der Saunaraum selber war sehr staubig. Schade!

What did you dislike especially?Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber die Einrichtung alt und teilweise renovierungsbedürftigt. Auch das Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch nicht berauschend.

What did you dislike especially?Die Holzverkleidungen im Zimmer waren schon tüchtig "mitgenommen". In anderen Hotels bekommt man morgens eine Mitteilung auf den Frühstückstisch mit aktueller Temperatur, Wetteraussichten, Empfehlungen für den Tag,... Das haben wir hier vermisst.

What did you dislike especially?Die Matratzen sind mit einem abwaschbaren Bezug überzogen, der nachts uns als Gäste sehr zum Schwitzen gebracht hat. Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es waren die Haare der Vorgänger noch auf dem Fußboden und in der Badewanne zu finden und auf der Heizung und unter dem Waschbecken lag dick Staub. Handtücher vom Fußboden wurden nicht ausgetauscht (sie lagen ja nicht in der Badewanne) sondern einfach wieder hingehängt auf saubere Handtücher.

What did you like especially?An der Rezeption war man sehr freundlich zu uns und man hat uns alle Fragen gut beantworten können. Auch das übrige Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
What did you dislike especially?Beim Frühstücksbüffet hätten wir gern etwas mehr Auswahl gehabt.

What did you dislike especially?Das, in der Buchung, enthaltene "3-Gänge-Menü". Aufgrund der wenigen Besucher durften wir uns nur eine Vorspeise + Hauptgang / bzw. Hauptgang + Dessert aussuchen. Das 3-Gänge-Menü bestand dann nur noch aus 1 Hauptgang + Salat, welcher aber nicht geniessbar war. Was wir aber auch gleich der Bewirtung gesagt haben.

What did you dislike especially?Am Abreisetag habe ich mir meine neuen teueren Stiefel an dem Schuhputzgerät (Etage 2) völlig kaputt gemacht. Ich habe jetzt streifenweise Löcher im Leder auf der Schuhoberseite beider Stiefel. Echt ärgerlich. Die sind nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da sie jetzt Wasser durchlassen. Somit ein Fall für die Tonne.

What did you dislike especially?Sauna-Bereich, Duschen (geht gar nicht!) wenig bis gar kein Personal im Spa-Bereich. Schwierigkeiten bei der Zimmer-Vergabe (Schlüsselkarten waren mehrfach falsch kodiert), keine Zimmer mit Doppelbetten möglich, sondern so ein richtiges "Vertreter-Zimmer". Unglaublich schlechter Geruch auf den Hotelfluren (das wird mir ewig in Erinnerung bleiben)

What did you like especially?Der Sauna-/Poolbereich ist groß. Man kann im Pool wirklich schwimmen. Die Qualität der Betten ist ausgezeichnet gewesen.
What did you dislike especially?Das Frühstücksbuffet war für 4 * nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, ansonsten aber o.k. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich wirkte eher unaufmerksam.

What did you like especially?Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir hatten Ihr Sonderangebot angenommen und für 2 Personen zu 66,00 für 1 Übernachtung bezahlt. Auch hier wurde kein Unterschied gemacht, zwischen den Vollzahlern und uns. Gleichbleibende Freundlichkeit hat mir besonders gefallen. Ich würde jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

What did you like especially?Die Lage ist am Goethe Park. Schönes Hotel.
What did you dislike especially?Das Zimmer (207) war schon sauber, aber der Fußboden hatte sehr viele Flecke, Bad hätte auch sauberer sein können. Durch die viele Nutzung sind schon viele Gebrauchsspuren an den Möbeln erkennbar.
